Saul Bellow was a Canada-born American writer who won The Nobel Prize for Literature in 1976. Most of the authors stories highlighted the problems with modern society and the central characters many time bore a resemblance to him. A student of Antrhopology, the author also wrote about the vibrancy and uniqueness of American society.This last volume of his works by Library of America discusses his works in chronological order between 1984 and 2000. The author is best known for The Adventures of Augie March, Henderson the Rain King, Herzog, Mr. Sammler’s Planet, Seize the Day, Humboldt’s Gift, and Ravelstein.
