If you live in the Apple country, Farmhouse Cider is a simple recipe that you can make without any wine yeast.

Making beer is more challenging, but the authors provide with a detailed list of all the equipment you need to make you beer experiments successful.

But beer and wine is not the only thing that you will experiment with. The authors share some delicious fizzy drinks and Liqueur recipes.
