Another year is coming to a close. It is time for those list posts and this year, I compiling as many as I can for my readers. Regular readers must have noticed the 2015 Best Selling Business Books post that was published earlier. In this post, I will discuss the bestselling diets and recipes books.
There is nothing more transient in health industry than diets. Perhaps, it is because the area attracts a lot of research or our sedentary lifestyles are little bit more sedentary each year. Whatever the reasons, each year we see some new fitness mantras and diets that trend through the year. Although, this is not a list of diets that made waves, it includes some that did make it to the headlines.
